This policy explains what information Up & Adam, LLC (“Up & Adam,” “I,” or “we”) collects through this website and how it is used. It applies to the website only. Information shared during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement letter and any separate confidentiality terms we agree to.
What I collect
- Email address, if you subscribe to the email list. It is used to send the updates you signed up for, and nothing else.
- Anything you send me by email or through a booking or contact link, which I use to respond to you.
- Basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used (for example page views), if and when analytics is enabled, to improve the site.
What I do not do
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make the site and email work (for example the email platform that delivers the newsletter), and only as needed to provide the service.
Email signups are handled through a third-party email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and your address is removed from the active list.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email adam@upandadamco.com and I will take care of it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
